not going to lie. I had no idea what this game was but going into it i was expecting the most fucked up survival/horror kind of story. But the reality was more... tame? The first couple of hours do a great job building up suspension and mystery and for hours you're expecting some big twist or reveal. But it kind of never comes. When everything is "explained" its a really simply story at the end of the day.
Its not inherently bad or anything I was just expecting more. Also, i might be severely in the minority but having all of these elaborate routes where u can dictate what specifically happens to the female characters kind of takes away from the messed up moments imo. If I come across a fucked up scene I can just say "welp guess I'll just load back and pick differently" and get the more happy route and avoid it. I would have preferred something more linear. Again just my opinion.

I mean, sure, we got a Saya no Uta fan translation fairly early on. But we already lucked out on that one. Fan translation projects are already finnicky enough as it is, and guro titles like Black Cyc's stuff are just too out there for most of them.
But an actual proper official English release? No way in hell - or so I thought.
And then all of a sudden, JAST published Sadistic Blood. Holy fuck, talk about a big surprise. But even then, I didn't really dare hope that there were going to be any other Black Cyc releases as well.
Yet it actually happened.
Man, if I can spare the money I'll actually buy this one.

I hear ya. Maggot Baits would've been great if it didn't have a half-hour torture rape scene between every five minutes of story.

Based on one route, the guro is kinda lacking... Like idk if this is good thing or not but the majority of the scene is *normal* sex scene lmao.
I just closed 100% of the game, the first 3 mandatory Cover Girls routes are terrible, and don't take the name super seriously because it won't be the heaviest thing you'll see in your life, however, the later routes are much, much better and carry the game on their shoulders, I'd rather have the game with the 3 complete routes losing some points to play these routes first than having played 3 bad routes to then finally enjoy the best things in the game, if you're persistent, know that later it gets better haha, a horrible game and still a good game, i think that is it.

Depends on what you are looking for, it's not as extreme as other gore games, but it's a good story.

That's mostly a False Positive detection. What Anti-Virus/Anti-Malware Software are you using?
I'm using Malwarebytes and HitmanPro Alert and they didn't seemed to considered the game or its installers as a malicious file or whatnot.

Virus Total, it scans against 72 major AV engines. 2 of the engines picked up a potential issue.
had the same issue. All i did was make the file an exception from being scanned by the antivirus. Although not sure how safe u want to be about it.

Did you pay for that security software? or is it just a cracked?
And from what I've seen, it also uses AVIRA and AVAST as one of its scanners which is not really promising since those 2 Anti Virus softwares which is similar to being bloatwares. The Anti Virus/Anti-Malware your using somehow seems cumbersome.
Why not make your life easy and just use either Malwarebytes, HitmanPro or Emsisoft
