Yup this is it,when I was taking Logan to prison, the officers with me get knocked out and a lady jumps me and the woman says I got you now and then this happens

After the fight with the masked chick, Lucifer finds you and you can either fight him or fuck him.

Lucifer scene in 0.07 , Obviously you cant kill him the first time you see him, I dont think it matters how you lost with his little asian pal.
You must arrest Logan
Defeat Red Moon twice
Lucifer appears, give in for anal, fight and lose for a for a messy facial (though i love how she appears in this), stun or fight and win doesnt give a win and get blackmailed rape like last tim

I got the same thing before being able to arrest Logan. It happens as soon as you choose fight him.

To beat red moon you need to have gotten the stun gun, its in your locker before you go to escort the prisoner.
