It's probably because Patreon does not allow any NSFW content to be visible for the public. At least that's what I've heard from a lot of other Patreon pages.

they already have a age restriction....i dont get why social medias and patreon/kickstarter are cracking down on adult content. Sex is the most profitable business world wide. They are literally saying no to easy money. when did capitalists companies get so retarded? come on let people do what they want , make money everyone is happy
I don't see how this is Patreon's fault. Grimhelm has made games without Patreon before. Only this time he has given us a roadmap, which he hasn't before. I guess this Patreon stuff could keep him occupied, causing lower productivity, but still.
When the game is ready and then some bugs come out, I think it would be delayed a bit like 4-5 days or 10 days. Then...boom with the Patreon's issue..... 1 month 10 days and more....
It's still not clear to me what you're getting at. How do you think Patreon caused the delay? We have no indication of whether his previous games were delayed like this since those were not on any schedule, is what I was saying. Besides, the game is not even done. This delay is not for the final release, just one of the releases before the final one.

I think that Grim right now is just focusing himself on the game to release it in september like the schedule, he probably is either annoyed/don't want pressure by people asking him to make faster progresses. For how the game is done, it's structured to be more complex than his previous ones
