I followed the walkthrought, but :

You have to do each option available to her atleast once for the 5am phone call to trigger

I think when shes on the bed, theres like 2 options for her to play with her pussy (+1 if you have bought the dildo)
She has a further 2 if you have her on her knees on the bed and play with her ass and pussy
She also has i think another 2 scenes with her on her knees (HJ & BJ)

Easiest way to do this would be to make sure shes your slave, do the first one and then go back in time 25 hours and do the next one etc etc etc
