First I must say so far a very good game and i like it very much, but here I have a question as an german?

They divorced I know its a game but i want know how its in RL in other countrys special UK or USA, in all games mostly the father get the kid, even when he often is the piece of shit like in RL. So my question is is never ever that damn Judge ask the kid where want to be with alone without the parents, like me when my mom get a divorce when I was 4 years old he ask me where want I live with? So does that not do anyone in this countrys do or what?

And please devs or writter for the devs wtf is the problem with you guys, nearly always never say the truth. He sleeps like shit and the MC lies to the mother he sleeped very well, so why anyone come to this point to lie when its only damn stupid and make no sense. Is that so fucking hard to tell the truth "I sleep very less and like shit" where is that damn problem? Or is that in your nature from which country ever the dev or the writer is hmmmm.
That little detail is nearly often in to much games and please can anyone stop that nonsense, thx.

It's so they can use the "haven't seen them in years" plot device as to why the female family members develop the hots for the MC. I'm sure it's not that different in other developed nations where like the the USA or UK where the mother is awarded custody something like 80% of the time.
