You can use cheat engine, I don't think there are any cheats built into the game.

There's a points based NG+ system of perks/cheats, after each playthrough you get points based on your performance to spend on perks like extra starting cash/gold, halving time consumption etc.
These are permanently unlocked for later playthroughs.

As far as i know NO X patch has been released even though people have been screaming for months. Put is this way my version has not been patched with it so No X patch.

How does it work? I tried putting it in both the 'Super Star' folder and the 'Game Data' folder and neither changed anything.

If your game does not have a StreamingAssets folder - just make one and put the patch there.
