still think 'my cute neighbor' needs to be 'my cute roommate'... since neighbor means you'd have your own apartment..
But we don't know yet if she really doesn't have her own apartment in the next update.

You won't find it. You can simply talk to Anna and the topic will pop up and will roll out as if you have it. You don't actually have it but you don't need to have it either.

The MC is the one new to the city not the cousin, if she doesn't have her own apartment anymore, than where is the MC staying?
For 'neighbor' to work the MC would need HIS own apartment right next to hers, than he would need a lockpick set or get one of her spare keys since parts of the game revolves around sneaking around and spying on her..
For 'roommate' to work, only the incest needs removed

She probably was his neighbor when he was kid and then he moved in her apartment when he grew up (now in the story).
