For some reason, I haven't seen this game before and I really like the art style but some of the tags that are there or aren't there and this picture

I didn't download the Windows version, I ignore what it looks like. If it has been exported as a big .exe, I guess you need to extract the files first, by using utilities such as Enigma VB Unpacker, Universal Extractor or arc_unpacker.
I suggest to play the game natively instead.

by far the worst settings i have ever seen in any renpy game i needed 2 minutes till i managed to lower volume. defuq cam up and designed this stupidity and why?
Press and hold the slider and then move it to increase/decrease volume.
And for some reason you have do drag the slider always from the max even though i is lower .... literally you have finaly set volume to 30% but do you think you can drag from the 30% ? no you need to go to the far right of the bar wher there is nothing then it works. i appreciate the replay, but you made a simple slider unneccessary complicated and buggy^^.
your game is hot as hell though and the characters are awesome so i can forgive you for it.
Okay, as someone just exposed to this game and trying to play it.....the images and art are fantastic. The writing, on the other hand, is juvenile to hell and back. There's no real description of things outside of "wow, rubber gear!" and "her tits are huge! her nipples are pierced!" i found myself skipping through that first fantasy and waiting for it to feel less like "OMG so hot!!!1!"
