Because the're so many variables to explain which actions are done. So it would be really hard to deliver on a save which includes the things one asks for. Plus I only play with spectre1viper mod.

With the current design of the game, I would go crazy not using any cheats. You seem to get dirty way too quickly which bottoms out your stats like Charisma which is required for many events. You literally have to take three or more showers or baths per day just to play the game. I would at least use the "Body Clean" cheat to keep your stats up.
