Hmm odd. I'm probably not that far along yet. so far "Leight's blessing" is greyed out. Like "uh uh, you ain't changing that", and priestess aptitude definitely isn't listed for me. I'm at the pilgrimage now.

Aptitude is how 'suitable' you are to become a Noir shrine maiden. You need blessings from all the shrines to be 'considered' as a candidate for shrine maiden.
Is there a list of status effect descriptions in-game or otherwise. I see the status effects in the pause menu as well as in battle but if you hover over them with the mouse you don't get a description or what they affect. Like for example horniness and the buff you get from the premium massage, how much are they supposed to alter your stats?
Also It seems a little weird that you get an ecstasy meter that when full causes you to climax but doesn't have any effects in battle like other games as far as I can tell. It seems the only effect from climaxing is one more point added to your lewdness stat.

are you only able to unlock scenes by progressing her indecency level? her personality at level 3 is borderline psychotic

You need to almost complete main story. You need to visit all shrines and use the crystals in them, then you are qualified to be one once you are in last chamber of Shrine. Once you are qualified you will get a new stat https://f95zone.to/goto/post?id=5032672 then you need to follow Noirs teaching and raise it by whoring yourself out

This game is amazing but it's annoying to increase indecency so I feel like everyone should just do all the 6 treasures and collect all items before doing anything sex related stuff that's what I've collected while playing.
How do you play new game+? I completed the game and it said I could play it, but after I saved, when I went to do a new game, the option was not there.
