Thx, just came back to announce that I'm still working on it. I like to announce I'm still alive and doing my thing every 2 weeks, give or take, so that people don't get anxious that I gave up and went off the grid.

Still on Demon Peddler. Man, so much prostitution, not that I'm complaining. Evilize is getting fixed at remarkable speed so in about a week I'll probably be splitting a bit of my attention to Evilize as well. Frankly, I really needed it because I was getting a bit burned out on Demon Peddler.

Taking a couple days off of translating to heal the burnout. Word on the street is the develope of Evilize is releasing another big bug fix on Friday and I’m hoping by then the game’s last 3 routes will be actually beatable and then I can start translating it, as well as Demon Peddler.

Okay good news, Evilize is pretty much 100% bug free. If there are any bugs left they’re so minor that I missed them. I am now translating Demon Peddler and Evilize simultaneousl.

If I may ask how much work is left for dirty hawkers? Because I found a really quick mtl on svs comics and all it did was make me wish for an actual translation.

The menus are actually all done. The dialogue is what’s taking a long time. SHOCKING amount of variation in the prostitution scenes and a huge amount of variation for the dialogue between the generals.

Basically, if you didn’t care about the dialogue at all, you could play it and totally understand how to win.
Oh cool! Looking forward to the full release then! That being said would u be willing to explain what all the buttons on the main menu and the upgrades loosely translate to? Because rn the gameplay involves me randomly clicking and hoping I’m correct.
I'm sad this wasn't done for christmas, but that is far overshadowed by the fact that you are doing it and that you've gotten as far as you have. Thank you so much for doing this, I can't wait to play it!

Oh, the main menu is simple. It’s just ”New Game”, “Load Game”, and a button that switches the art of the main menu. As for the upgrades, it’s tons of stuff. Off the top of my head some upgrades are higher rates for prostitution, increased movement speed, and better negotiation skills so it’s easier to see the most amount of money you can squeak out of a customer. Also, there’s the ability to increase the wages of your staff. What that does is give them more skill points each time they level up.
