@darkhound1, since many people can't seem to get this, perhaps you can add another way to do it?
For example, add another room symbol, innactive, that only activates when the time is right for the appointment.

EDIT: Please try something. There is folder named "cache" inside the game folder. Please delete it and restart the game. Inside is a chaced version of the code. If it did not get rebuilt after you applied bug fix3, that might also explain it.

I deleted the Game folder ... and replaced it with the Game folder of the file called BugFix 3 ... and now I started playing it again. That should work ???

By deleting the original 'Game' folder and replacing it with just the BugFix 3 folder, you inadvertently deleted a number of files the game needs to run.

Not a guide or list per se, but on your phone, the app on the bottom left shows your progress with each girl. Choices are Scenes, Events, Appointments. Hover your mouse over each picture placeholder for a description. You should be able to determine what is available and where on the island to look.

Doctors are currently telling me I've got all the encryption keys, but I don't have alice's info. Bug? Fix for this issue?

I just ran into the same issue but for Amy (have everyone else's keys but hers but the doctor says that I have everyone's). The only thing I can think of that might have triggered it, is I got all of the girl's stats (including weight) before Faye asked for them (hers was the only one that needed stats info to trigger the encryption key). Is there a way to fix this or will it just self-correct when a new girl comes to the island and I'll be able to get Amy's encryption key because there will be at least one other girl's key to get?

Have you checked your task list app on your phone? Sometimes you don't need all the stats for the girls to unlock their key, you need special eH sperm samples.

About a must option I say. There's several scenes which haven't happened because job placements were somehow broken. For example in my game Faye and Renee were still doing Massages after being sent away a week and two weeks before and Ivy only took care of reception for a week after being sent away. Followed by a week without receptionist as Heather was doing Massages. And only Amy have been in Room Service duty so far in this last game I have had...

If you've had read what was explained on the screen when you send the girl away...
The girls will finish the weeks routine before they leave the island. It's not a bug.
Room service selection is random each week based on the girls on the island that can do it.

Are you sure you don't have the quest for Amy's key already?
Can you please check your task list.
