Guys i have a real problem. I am read to get ride of eric, so i do not pay the 300 money. So i wait 1 week and nothing. 2 week and nothing. Now is almost a month but nothing. Mom and Eric do not ask me the 1000 money. But it has been almost 1 month and it is precisely the event that does not take place. How can I get it started? I have almost 2000 money with Max but nothing.

Dude whoever created this game is a major cuck who probably gets off to the thought of their family members getting fucked by random strangers. Just use the mod and remove eric.

i just wanna win without the cheat. It's useless if i win to click on a button. I play 122 day for nothing? two week for nothing. Why the Hell this event does not continue. I do not understand. I also tried to do only wallet. I steal is wallet, i find is ID and is name victor. But nothing, after 3 weeks they do not ask me for 1000 money. Same for me, by following the walkthrough I got the conversation from Ann that starts with "Aunt Kira is sleeping in the lounge again..." but I could not select the next "About mom again..." from Kira and have relied on it triggering at some point without any luck.
At the point where I could select the option from Ann, there was another one that I could not also select afterwards and vice versa, almost as if they were mutually exclusive.

Follow the "new job" route and Max will get a pill from Kira to decrease how quickly he orgasms. Keep seeing Ann (mom) in the bathroom in the evening and on the couch with erotica/porn and she will notice she often cannot get him off any longer. You will trigger going to the doctor with Ann because she gets worried. Keep going to the doctor.
If you look those don't show the lines "Hey" and "Oh, you'll see...". Those are required to get no mistakes and full pay.
