Ah, there we go. Thought it was weird I couldn't find it anywhere, not even on those sites. It's because they list it as Natsumi Oblivion: Star Jewel Gaiden and not as Star Jewel Gaiden: Natsumi Oblivion. Was sorting by the wrong letter the whole time.
Man, that is very disappointing. That's... It's not even animated. What the hell?

It's funny how tame these OAVs are compared to the full game. Hell, when compared to the game it's basically vanilla.

I heard the anime studio behind this adaptation saw the backlash PoRo got for the Kowaku no Toki anime and they were afraid of the bad PR so they cut a lot of stuff out.
