U need to give her the chore to do the laundry (chores given from mom are somewhat random, so if u get another keep trying untill u get this one), then go to the bathroom at 12 hs. when shes doing the chore and there u can tell her to take of her panties, opening the path to "reward her" later on. There is a walktrough inside the folder of the game also, u may want to check that in case this doesnt work and u missed another milestone. Cheers!

If your stats are greater than 20 (?) go on a Saturday to work and return home after 12:00 but before 16:59. Walk -- maybe quick transport works as well -- to the [Foyer] and you will receive them on your phone.

With this event I've still some question marks. For example I didn't receive them when her stats where in the range 20-30. But there I stayed at home. In the next version I'll investigate further. The above succeeded when her hearts where 43 and her stars 3. But I think it could be triggered earlier...
