Craft an Orc Health Potion and an Energy Potion before going on the hunt and then just keep trying. That's the only way I got it. You can get the ingredients from the catgirl in the bar.

I only get the text that say she's don't have more stamina to continue the hunt, I already has these two potions, and the Orc she finds earlier in the same hunt dies

The Investigator? Proof?
If you have the Orc Health Potion with you before you trigger that scene he should live and give you more info. It has to be the Orc version. Regular ones don't work.

Yes, I already extracted the images. I know what it is, I just don't know how to get it. I've tried all the choices. None of them lead to that. Where's the investigator and what proof am I not supposed to have?

Go to the tavern choose "Ask about the commotion", then choose what you want, go to your tent and sleep, then a orc will come to your tent, choose "Seduce him", then choose "No", then speak to the Investigator which is in the middle of the camp(lower camp) and then choose "I've gathered all my evidence."

Ah the dreaded bar scene. The worst one in the game for someone wanting to play Sabia like a whore. No wonder I couldn't find it. I avoided that scene like the plague. I refused to finish it. But I'm glad they put in a payoff for doing it for us pervs who just wanna see Sabia get ruined by dicks. Guess I'll just have to keep an extra save for that scene. Thanks for the info.

You missed some things. In this version there is:
- Bad end: If you killed the orcs who grope you in the bar, after a rest in version 3 an investigator will come in to confront you. If you don't gather enough evidence (or any at all) and speak to him in the center camp (where you clean), you'll get a bad end H-scene.
- There is a scene between Vehlis and Alioch, when you go to find her.
- There is a scene at Dajrab and Tekrok's feast. I assume you need a decent score in setting up the party night (game explains this itself). I only got Tekrok's scene, so I suppose the Dajrab scene is exclusive for people who sided with him.
- There is a scene between Neve, Sabia, and Alioch. I have no clue how to get this one.
- There is a scene with Elmy and orc cock. I have no clue how to get this one.
KoD, as far as I can tell, doesn't have a console where you can force scenes to happen with UnRen (unlike for instance, Seeds of Chaos), so I guess we will just have to wait for a guide or something to find the other two scenes.

You get that one by inviting Neve to the feast if you chose Dajrab. She doesn't like Tekrok so she refuses to go to his feast.
