Others freaze & drive crash error on start

any expert can help? my drives are up2date & im using win10pro64

this is :
Whorecraft: The Chronicles Of Alexstrasza [Auril]
Chapter 2 Episode 3 v1.0
..
error appears on starting the program
takes 1 or 2 sec to set things up
takes 1sec as functioning normal
then it freaze & that error msg popup

i did .. no useful response
the problem is with others too
not me
i think one of them said .. its this latest nividia drive updates
and that it works with him with an OLD OLD OLD version update
which i dont know how to get
