If you have completed all the content up to 0.87 go into your phone and tick the checkbox next to Amy and you will get hints as the updated UI puts all the girls away once there are no hints available for them

how about reading the changelog? faerin mentioned he changed the hint system to only show those which are still ongoing.

@Faerin it seems you slipped at the dp scene, while veronica fucks amy her top is off also when you pop out the tail but once the dp starts the top is on again. oh and indoor amy is wearing something different than what she wears on opening the door

There is a cheat menu but it will not increase your stats with the girls for that you have to work for it
Is this game going to actually be finished (story-wise at least, not counting bug fixes) at v1 or one of those that keep on going? Considering whether I want to wait for a final or not.

I hope it continues for as long as the developer finds it interesting and rewarding, and they have something to 'say' (rather than going in circles)...

I doubt the game will be completed by V1 as there are too many threads to the storyline to be finished in 12 updates as for it going on forever then no it wont because

8.8 issues:
Had to start, all over again, with Diane/Dr. Fletcher/Dr. Matthews. Previous saves did not carry over.
Had to start, all over again, with Emma at the spa.
Had to start, all over again, with Emma at her apartment.
Had to start, all over again, with having sex with Mom/Claire on the roof in the morning.
Good stuff:

@Faerin so i dont know what the problem is but for some reason i cant save my game anymore i dont know if theres an actual limit place in this update of number saves you can have but when i started i had to delete over 5 saves for the new content now that i used some of the saves for revisiting in the future i its been cut again and i had to delete like 3 more saves and still i cant have anymore more saves

Honestly the way this game is structured it could go on for eternity so long as Faerin is still bringing in money and doesn't get bored of it. I wouldn't expect to see a "full version" any time soon, if ever.
Anyway, excellent update, if a bit shorter than I'd have liked. The price of a fast update cycle.
