Try updating to the new version, 0.8.7. If you're still having trouble then try to go into the cheat console, Flags console, decrease Emma's "sunscreen_level" to 1 and repeat the beach scene. Also what do you mean by having trouble saving the game? Does it give an error?
After meeting her just have breakfast with Claire/Mom and Ashley on Sunday at 9:00 and after telling them that you'll go to the beach the option to invite her (or Sophia if you already meet her) will appear.
After completing all of Veronica, including the date, I rejected her for a blowjob when watching tv while she is doing chores. This dropped her stats by 2 each. I have gotten the love back, but can't find a way to increase lust and whip (can't remember the name). Everything else is complete. Any suggestions. I have tried all interactions with her that I can think of so it may be a bug. Also no hints are showing.
I have max stats and completed everything apart from escaping a robber. however whenever i encounter one after dark and select the option to run they just knock me out. I have the taser and the achievement for defeating a robber so is there something I'm missing? are my stats too high to escape?

Yes it's a bug, it was reported in earlier versions but I don't know if it was fixed. You can post your save file and I or someone can edit it to bring the stats back to max.
I don't remember if you need stats to run away (specially if you have max stats). Are you sure you're picking the option to run away and not the fight option by mistake?
Play the roulette while using the $100 option. If the roulette stops at the heart you get the collectable (a reminder that it's random, you might get it in the first try or you might get it on the 20th. Just pray to RNG Jesus).

Are you sure you didn't collect it already. The collectable is the third Armed Forces.
Definitely picking the right option as it says "i try to make a run for it...". I just tried again and i managed to escape so maybe it is a random chance thing?
How do you get the collectible on the beach?

Yes it is a random chance event, for a small cheat, just save the game before leaving the apt block and if you get KO'd again just reload, may take a few goes but you'll get it eventually (last time I did it took me 6 goes) good luck.
