Well if he took the wallet got option that u skip few weeks until u see him in mom room talking on phone (you might have to pay him unless he already took all your money, its been a while) and after that u let week pass and talk to kira, or you can always grab his wallet again if u want hacker route.

Just skip days until mom and eric interrogate you at dinner or breakfast not sure. at point where u pay or get send to military school. Make sure that u keep the wallet if u want to do hacker route. Also if u have payed him 300 that postponed this for another week. so just skip till you get there.
