Once you get the enhancements in the lab via story progression, it's a matter of having both breast and a penis. I'm pretty sure having the Large versions of both makes it faster.

Is there a point to the overnight trip to HQ? Seems like the point is to allow characters to not answer obvious questions and to introduce us to James Deen... but I'm not particularly interested in ever seeing Deen again. I didn't start making mind-control slut potions for extra competition.

Color me mildly disappointed. It's cool that's how some folks roll but, for me, it feels a little like hot-wiring fast and fancy cars in Grand Theft Auto just so someone else can drive 'em during the getaway.

Does Sophie's romance route have any sex in it now (or have any of her routes been expanded at all)? I'm near the point where you can first dose her (not counting the intro).
To answer my own question: there's now a business trip you go on with Sophie. There's a sex scene with her during that, though I'm not sure if it's only for the romance path or if the other routes have it but the scene is different. You can also impregnate her during it. As for repeatable content, though, there doesn't seem to be anything new -- you can eat lunch with her and take her out on dates on the weekend but there still isn't any sex content in them.
Actually, if you take sophie down the sub route (suck-suck private-suck work-fuck work) you can have sex with her in the last version. Doesn't work on the romance path, and haven't tried the new sophie romance path.
