I'm pretty sure it's a 4th wall representation or else Ayane and Makoto would've mentioned it about Akira when they experienced the end since I think something would've prevented everyone (except rooftop squad) from being able to acknowledge it

Ok, for now i guess that settles that.
Don't know who else might be left as the "narrator" besides maybe Yuu. That's for people who played NIB to find out.
Maybe there is a third party or other shinanigans.

At first it seems like Akira talking about the time he went into a hiatus.
So i thought Akira might be the narrator.
After that it becomes rather ambiguous.
But since there is the "i wanna fuck Nodoka's teeth out", it really seems to be Akira.
Maybe i got the Stepson part wrong.
Maybe that is about someone else.
Maybe there is a piece missing in the middle, like Kyoko being Nodoka's grandmother.
Or, Nodoka's eye color is Akira's perception of her, because Nodoka is under Sekai's influence. We know Nodoka knows "The girl who cannot breath", and her actual eye color could be Akira's.

...I swear this is one of the few occasions where koikatsu's eye feature just doesn't work well with my brain. I think it is supposed to be an upbeat moment, but my brain keeps interpreting those eye shadows as some sort of void of empty eye sockets, and this eyeless Sara is currently smiling at me (uhhhh heebie jeebies!)

In the Halloween event where Maya dresses up as Akira she makes her eyes go swirly while doing an impression of him. Just throwing that in there.
