Hanmen´s Shader should already be included in BetterRepack, but an older version - anyway should work on these cards.

Check the second column, below "Fox shrine maiden H", to the very bottom it has to be two more options and in there it has to be a lot of dances and animations, mine is that way.
BTW, I remember a time ago I asked how to re-asign the dances menu, cuz there are some of them repeated, not properly asorted, i mean, all the dances are scaetered
Is it normal for the achievement list and unlockables translations to be way off? The name for the achievements tab isn't there either.

How to put a different character on the main menu? I saw some screenshots of people having a different character.

I guess this is a loading issue because of possibly bad game location.
Do you have your game on top of a drive - e.g. D:/HS2 ?
Another reason could be you extracted with WINRar - this ignore some files. Use 7-Zip.
