also once i got 23 points the game just kinda, froze? i was able to pause and quit, but the game just stopped working

due to my computer being in local jap, the game seem to have launched in jap, unless that's the actual language of the game ?

is there any setting anywhere ? mostly for well, that reason

This game works well for me, but I've had the same problem with other games before. Try right clicking on VarioVare.exe -> Properties -> Compatibility. And change your compatibility mode to an older/different version of Windows until you can play, alternatively run the compatibility troubleshooter.
Hope this works!

This game works well for me, but I've had the same problem with other games before. Try right clicking on VarioVare.exe -> Properties -> Compatibility. And change your compatibility mode to an older/different version of Windows until you can play, alternatively run the compatibility troubleshooter.

Same here. I got up until 17 points, and it somehow softlocked.

Also, I thought I was the only one that was mildly disturbed by that weird sound. Maybe a demonic horse or something? Lol.

Same deal as other people on here, the game launches just fine but I can't click or interact with anything. I've tried compatibility mode as well as executing as admin, but it doesn't seem to work.

Guys with the problems, can you please provide your machine specs? Especially if you have multiple monitor setup or touch-enabled screens? Because these bugs are genuinely new to me, never got anything similar on my machines.

Hello dev, this problem was happened after this update so maybe you need to consider the changes of the version. As my computer only have one screen and I play it with keyboard and mouse. But when I plug my Ipad as a touch screen then game are good to touch but still can't be control by mouse. So I think the problem is Touch is enable by default so the mouse and keyboard are not working.
More: After you touch the play button the mouse is working in game but the cursor disappears. Main screen still can not be clicked

I have found the source of my issue, and it's similar to huak2123 above. It seems that when my display tablet is plugged in, the game doesn't take in my mouse and keyboard inputs. Turning the display off and restarting the game fixes it.
I am on Windows 10 and the display in question is a Kamvas 13.

Hmm, that's really weird. Touch is always just an additional input method in the game, I specifically made it so even when it enabled it is just addition to mouse. Mouse input never disabled or ignored. It is not reading only if OS explicitly says that there is no mouse device in the system and you can't read it. Also I never disable cursor in game.
Are you sure you don't have some weird settings in your OS that could disable mouse input? What OS are installed on your device? Maybe you are on the laptop with trackpad? Can you be a little more specific please?
