We found the issue, now to find what caused it. So thank you for sharing your save.
To continue: Go into the cheats on your phone, go into Flags, go into "Mom" area, scroll down until you see "overheard_phonecall" and set the value to 1 from 0. Then move to another screen in game and your hints for mom should return. Let me know if it worked or not.
PS: DO NOT edit any of the other flags, just that one. Be careful when setting it to 1 because sometimes it will misclick the one below it. If that happens, just set that back to its original value for the misclicked one.

@Cybernetics,... "as to what caused it"... he and a great many others are following a 'grindthrough' for the older 0.8.1/2 games, and are not keeping an eye on the new hints system (bottom of screen) and are missing hints for the characters while trying to complete (possibly, their favourite characters) this leads to the same old situation as before, missing 'triggers'.... To you all....keep a close eye on ALL of the characters hints, at ALL times. (they change even when you are on other characters). if you progress too far and too fast with any one character you will eventually get stuck.

This was a glitch that occurred in the game. It's a known bug and we're trying to find what's causing it and squish it. The grindthrough has nothing to do with it because it can't cause the game to do what we've been seeing it do. The bug is misfiring some flags that is messing up the hint system. We're working on it though!

Hi Wortiger! Unfortunately, you missed the chance to get what Ashley is missing with a normal play through. I will let Faerin know this happened and maybe it'll be directed to do it before it can progress on. For now, I added the achievement unlock for what you were missing to your save file. So, now Ashley is 100% because you were only missing that one thing.
Also, for Mom missing picture, just have her give you that handjob in her room again where you cum in her hand. When you are done and it kicks you out into the hallway, click on her door again to see something pretty fun! Enjoy my dude!

Open the phone, click the settings button bottom row, second from the right, change your language there.
