Load up the previous version and save outside the hotel during the day, then try the save on the new version. If it's like older versions with this same issue, you should be able to continue from there.The old saves don't work for 0.46.

My 0.45 saves worked for 0.46, but I still feel your pain because I've had the same thing happen with other Renpy games where my saves didn't work but other players said their saves work fine.The old saves don't work for 0.46.

One suggestion that has worked for me in the past is to try all of the old autosaves first.
Can someone post a save of this new version, I find it very difficult to navigate if you start from the beginning

How do you trigger this one? Have done all the other therapy sessions, but Lil never comes up
On Tuesdays and Thursdays where Lily isn't working, (starting from an old save), there's a new option to have Lily join in paid therapy at 17:00. If you request it on a Friday, it'll be scheduled for Saturday.
