Framerate issue. You probably have a monitor with 144Hz or above.
It's a very common problem when the speed of a game is related to framerate. a lot of Renpy and RPGmaker games are in a similar case.
Just block your fps to 30 or 60. If you're on a laptop, unpluging the charger cable should be enough.
Right now there is not much to look at, very little content and more is added at few images a month rate. Hope it does not get abandoned, want to see it after few years of development.

Yo, idk if any found this BUT! In the morning you can "Small talk" 3 with you step sister (black haired girl with purple strands) 3 times in the kitchen and the ask too "Got too school together" and then return home and do it all over again. As many times as you want it's a small thing but build intimacy
So am i just eating glue or is there no more content after the doctors appointment? I maxed out intimacy with the mother, sister and childhood friend.

I don't know what author wanted to do by add "Incest" tag. Сouldn't bring attention whom like that beсause it isn't "real". Сouldn't mask this and add "not the author file for remove step- part". I literally cannot read even the prologue, there are too many step- step- step- where the fuck am I going, am I at racewalking? That not like the human talk to each other, stepsis/stepmom/stepgrandma(what?)/stepcousin(what more?).
Developer need do one from three:
1. Grow a pair of balls and go from patreon with it rules
2. Go touch a grass, found out how people talk to each other and rewrite some text.
3. Forget all this family/not-family and replace "MC-step-son" with an ordinary childhood friend who moves into the family of an old friend due to difficult circumstances of life, or just an exchange student.
(Extra) 4. Don't listen to any criticizing suckers and keep doing what is being done.
