I loved 0.1 and 0.2. I saw so much potential in 0.1 that I backed the dev immediately upon its release. I loved Sam, Lily, Casper, Lua, and Fray. I found Liz Fell intriguing. The story was fun. The humor was fun. There were some interesting hints at broader stories at play. It was great getting to rescue an LI from a stalker, even if that turned into something else afterwards (and I'm a little disappointed that 0.3 suggests that the Frank choice made didn't matter except for a tiny change to the insults Akira/Valentine threw toward the MC). I was starting to actively care about the characters.
Hopefully this gives a proper idea of the mindset I had, and the excitement and enthusiasm I had for the game when seeing it was out for my support tier to play, and when launching and starting to play 0.3.
And then I started playing 0.3.
Now, I'm normally one who defends an MC NOT being a raging asshole to confident and self-possessed girls, even if they get kinda bitchy, but this entire update was basically LI after LI just shitting on the MC and the MC letting them do it with little to no complaint. If that's what the dev wants in the game, so be it, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time so I didn't waste my money.

TL;DR: 0.3 was a massive disappointment from a writing and characterization standpoint, it solidly ruined three LIs and the MC and damaged a fourth LI, and it directly caused me to withdraw my support and stop recommending the game to my friends, entirely on its own.

I don't know how to feel now, the first two updates were amazing, and the 3rd one turned the MC into a doormat, which only made me dislike the characters, and killed any excitement I had for this going forward.

fuck it i was downloading the full game when i stumble by this ....now i regret it ,i hate games and fevs that bcs is.they games ,runied without a warrant ...only bcs some some kinky ppl cant have it all.......buti never see a full harem with so much diferent in characters like day and noght types,and right now im scared to play the beginning love the story and chracters and then hate it bcs the dev is a .......but surely i will play it so i will avoid any of this dev in the future.....

Couldn't have said it better. The first two updates were great. Good humor, good LI's. There was banter, but it wasn't outright abuse like we saw in this past update. I especially didn't like the fake option to avoid Akira in the library. Fake choices like that kinda suck. It feels like the dev is just taunting people because he knows people will find Akira divisive, so let's add two fake choices just to laugh at them - "Lol, u thought?" Like, yea, I didn't think the MC was actually going to "kill them both" but after the second fake choice in the library the first one felt less like a joke and more like a jab at people who don't like the character.
It just seems like such a drastic change in everyone's personalities and it comes out of nowhere, really. Such a bummer.

it's worth giving a try, don't let what we say dictate whether you try or not play it and come to your own conclusion, you might like it you might not

Well shit, that's really disappointing to read. I really enjoyed the first 2 parts of this game & have been looking forward to the latest update... Now I'm not even sure if I'll bother to download it.
Things like this make me thankful that I usually wait until a 0.5 release before I pledge any financial support. If I'd already been a patron I think I'd be feeling like I wasted that money after this.
As it stands I think I'll just leave it & wait to see what people make of the 0.4 release to see if the dev somehow manages to turn things around again before I continue playing.

Damn, was excited to play the update since I enjoyed the first 2 releases, but based on everything I'm reading I think my journey ends here.. good luck to the dev

Goddamn it, and I really liked this game too. But what you're describing are two of my biggest no-no in VN, fake options/decisions and spineless MCs.
Let's hope EP4 turns this ship back around.

Well, i can only agree with Tiur's post, this update was a massive disappointment.
It's been a while since i disliked LI's to such a degree as Akira and Valentine (mainly Akira), i'd really like the MC to kill both of those bitches.
Sam too pissed me off with her bs after meeting Akira and Valentine, but the worst is how the MC takes all the bs and behaves like a spineless doormat.
Beside that, the whole update was basically different LI's taking a shit on the MC (mostly for no reason) and he takes it like a good doormat, or even likes Akira
I mean, if your into femdom/humiliation you might like that bitch, otherwise...well yeah, i can't see any way to bring myself to even remotely tolerate her, not that i want to.
I will see how 0.4 will be, but if this is the way the game continues that's a clear no for me.
