Apparently you need to toilet assault the girls at least 15 times to unlock the 4th perv skill, then the 5th skill will appear in the skill unlock screen.

You have to donate a certain amount of money at the shrine after learning about it. You will get the notification about a new skill twice - the first is the skill 'lucky boy', the second is back in time. Keep donating 'till you have both.

Have you meet kanae in front of the apartment complex in the morning in order to start her storyline? If you already did, it probably one of those 'wait a day' spacer that they use so you don't trigger multiple events at once.

The 4th skill is unlocked after winning the second prize in the lottery (find it next to the store in the street scenario). In order to get lottery tickets, you need to buy from the store. The prize you get is random, so you can save beforehand and load the as many times as you want until you get the 2nd price.
The 5th skill will appear in the skill unlock screen at the end of the day after you have unlocked the other 4 service skills.
I already have the golden ball from the lottery. How do I use it? I'm already on the last day and I couldn't use the item to go the hot spring with the Ichinose fam
