Like I said yesterday, they're all available in the Digital Album, which should come with the game.
Had the same problem, try to launch the game in admin and don't skip the text when talking to her in prison, I don't know which one made it work but try both and you'll see
hello there, i got the same problem with the black girl scene, but it looks like the only way too fix it,
is to exit the game and go in to regedit and delete the folder GINKCO, that fixes that problem for me.

Some of the tier 3 enemy units on stage 4 are immune to all debuffs (except blind for some reason I think it is an oversight or not coded properly) you can check before you start a wave which ones they are, if they get stacked with defense buffs they become a pain in the ass to kill, you need to switch your formations around so that all your units don't focus on them hitting basically nothing while the other enemies clean house with your squad or swap your strategy and team composition around if you are debuff heavy swapping to orcs/ogres with the inert berserk buffs to muscle past them or stacking lots of evasion equips on a dark elf with the blind inducing equip is a good way to deal with them . I honestly found stage 4 to be the hardest the game has to offer.
I'll give it a shot, I manage to clear the 1st part of the final boss but the 2nd recovery stage is impossible. They wipe me out without losing a unit.

Are you using perks in the upgrade menu? they kind of just glance over them in the tutorial I didn't even notice you can spend money to unlock extra slots until I got to stage 3 you might want to do a few runs on the training map to level a few perks up. By then I think I had at least 2 perks at level 5 because I was doing 3 training runs between each conquest stage I recommend the critical hit one because it gives a flat +20\25 to crit chance rather than a percentage increase so even things with a 3% crit chance suddenly have a 28% crit chance making it useful on virtually any team build.

i use are orc grunt - orc worrior or savage orc, energumen - lunatic or small evil, dark elf - dark elf agent or dark elf witch,
elf - elf healer or elf druid, apprentice - enchanter or magician and novice - adventure or wanderer. i know you have to
test a lot for yourself and see what unit's are good for your play style. this is the perks i have and max them all out.
Increases Gold Acquisition Amount by 35% during battle
Reduces Skill Cooldown of Friendly Units By 10%
Increses the Player's Maximum Hp by an Additional 35%
Inflicts 99999 Damage to All Enemies Only Once in Battle

I keep getting a message saying I lost when I won the battle - this consistently happens in the last 5 Queen levels. Is this on purpose so I can't beat the Queen? It doesn't make sense in context.

"Fun" fact. If you use the Digital gallery at all, it fucks up your save for the main-game and unlocks... just about everything. It puts all the prisoners in the prison and unlocks all races and related artifacts, so on and so forth.
It's... really, really dumb and completely killed my motivation for playing this game normally. :/
