iam stuck here, as i cannot get past metoma den when iam pregnant, and the minotaur says the mc needs to be pregnant in order to start the H-scene, i guess.
How do i get around this problem?

is this a modded version or something? i havent seen this map or anything before
It's post game content. You need ending 5 (69+ S.Level and the castle rebuild quest finished) and you need to select any sub ending (Talk to dahlia in her room, Roy in Meltys, or Esmerelda on the roof after you gather all the key NPCs in the world), then see the sub ending, save when prompted, then load the save and select to restore before ending. Then talk to the painter in the room south of where you spawn in (he'll have a star over his head) and get the emerald. Then go to the tailor shop and talk to the dragon. After that a spot will open up in the south of the map. That's the new area.
New Game Plus replays. In addition to the ones respawning in their regular chests, any non-combat reward that's unique will give one instead.

It works fine for this game, though I recommend backing up your saves before fiddling with it. It's a very powerful editor with no safeguards and half the text is in Japanese so it's easy to corrupt your save.
