You're supposed to play the video using a media player that supports subtitles. VLC or Media Player for windows has inbuilt subtitle support. Just click Add Subtitles or the subtitle icon, then just add the file.

Translation's only in the demo, you can get it on the 1st page. Game's not finished, I'd say we're about 40-50% done. Might be a late 2024 or early 2025 release if Takeda only focuses on the game. Updates are on Fantia or Cien websites, the awesome people here only tranlsate a few scenes in their free time.
