It slowly developing gender transition game — every week happens something that is pushes you to mental changes. But once you become sissy, and after tgirl, all doors will open up for you, and the game will become much more fun.
Getting the same consistent result with every guest - chose to fuck Megan and it didn't count in stats as fuck (still 0, and I had the option to tell stepsis that I was the one who was fucked). Then with the next guest I chose to fuck the secretary, with the same result - stats didn't count this. I think these guests are a recent feature, so, wanted to point out that maybe this issue could be addressed in a future update. If you do fuck, it's only fair that your stats reflect that, as well as any eventual game events that check your experience being in the active role.
