While the dlsite page does say this, it says that Japanese Unicode may be required on seemingly every single page so has anyone confirmed this?
The main problem is that during the extraction, there are a lot of strange file characters. Changing to Japanese locale fixes it. I changed my locale and extracted the game and it works fine now. I have not gone back to English locale, but I'm sure it'll work as long as you extract in japanese locale.

And I just finished this game a few weeks ago on japanese with translator. How did this get translated so fast? Thought it was a pretty new game. And theres no thread about it on ulmf.
Now I gotta see for myself if its not a machine translation as well. And if it isnt then maybe the end makes a bit more sense when its properly translated.
Im pretty sure everyone that played it on japanese with a translation program knows what im talking about.
Edit: Its actually decently translated and working. Under japanese locale of course.
Darn now im regretting deleting my save, really want to know what exactly that end was about. Might have to play through it again, it was a nice game anyway.

You cant use the same unarchived program, you have to be under japanese locale, and then unzip the archive, otherwise it will mess it up. At least thats what always helps, it runs without problems for me.
Downloaded from the nofile link, using japanese locale. The game runs and plays fine, text and pictures are showing up. If you are using a program like applocale or a locale emulator it may not work

In windows 7 its under system control, then region and language, then management (or perhaps administrative), then change locale. There you have to select japanese. If thats not available you would have to download that first.
This step is the most reliable to get japanese games working, and dont worry it wont screw up with your windows language. Its a setting to help programs that dont use the windows language work properly and display the actual japanese symbols.
And to download the language pack, I think you can just hit the windows button, search for "windows update" and there look for something called "optional" updates, select japanese language paket and let it download and install. After that you should be able to set it to japanese locale settings.
I played hundreds of games with that setting, last important thing to remember is to only unarchive the games archive AFTER your computer is set to japanese already, otherwise it will mess up directories and names, which probably leads to the errors people get.
Edit: Found a link that describes it pretty good, and has every windows version covered.

WHAT!?!? WHO TRANSLATED THIS!? is it machine? I just finished this game a few days ago using machine because i didn't see anyone picking this project on ulmf or here.
