My current thoughts align with yours, that a simple, non-spoiler warning is good. Then the idea is that the choice itself should be pretty self-explanatory for what path you'd be taking. Like if you choose to take the MC down a more dominant route, then that's going to be mirrored in the ending and vice versa.
Again this is all in the future, but those are at least my current thoughts.

To get to the main point of my question will all the girls end up with the futa maid (harem?), or will some of the unlucky girls get thrown to the sideline dicks not to be seen again (or at least very little).

I aim to give a lot of time to all the girls that are currently in the game, so no, the goal is not to throw them to the sidelines. Ruru is going to be taking all of them.

Either way, such scenes would only be feasible towards the very end, since the MC is supposed to be unaware of her extra appendage until the ending, or close to it. I am going to give a maybe on that, and if so, it would only be in one of the endings. Presumably a variation with a submissive MC, or something along those lines.

I assume you mean kind of the opposite of the other question. If so, then yeah, I am aiming towards at least one ending with a more dominant MC, where Ruru submits to him. Again though, that would be at the very end of the game. Until then he's going to be oblivious to her scheming.

Not sure how many endings there will be, don't want to promise too much, especially not this early on. Ultimately, I think it's better for the game to focus on fleshing out a few distinctly different endings, rather than having a multitude of half-baked ones.

Correct, Ruru is the only futa. I'll definitely consider a futa on male scene for one of the endings, no promises though.

It's probably going to be a bit of a mix. Initially she won't even show off her cock, but when she does there will be some "cock and awe".

Also speaking of updates, I've finished the renders for 8/12 scenes currently. There's more to do then just the renders, but it's moving forward. No ETA though, because I have absolutely no idea myself.

I'm working on it, all renders and animations are finished. Just need to put it all together in Ren'Py, add some sounds, hone the script a little bit, and so on. I don't want to give an ETA since I tend to work better without pressure, but the majority of Episode 2 is done.
