When u go to settings to turn off Musik and then back from menu then open up a Window with error massage:

You can't get back to The Game after this

Only Close the Game and start New.

is this cheat work for lasted version?

Of course not, this is qsp for version 0.11 which is a very very old version of the game from a few years ago as you can see from the date of the post you quoted (almost 7 years ago).
For qsp games you always need to have a qsp file with added cheats (if the original game doesn't have them built in) from the same version of the game you are downloading, so in this case it must be a qsp file from version 0.30, because if you use a qsp file from an older version you will just roll back the game to the old version from which you use the old qsp file.

But actually the latest version 0.30 which you can find in the OP already has cheats added so you don't need to download any other qsp file with cheats.
The only thing to remember is that you have to enable these cheats in the game settings if you want them to be active.

This and Big Kuyash are still the best games for this genre, it's a shame they are abbandoned, leately maybe only Tower can compete.

Otherwise unlocks this error!

Here's a little fix in the prologue was still something in Russian!

But NightTrain wanted to make a port!
No idea how far he is or if he has given up.
