It's a compressed archive. That makes the downloaded file smaller than the normal, uncompressed size. In this case, 6.79 Gigabytes in size, down to about 1/6 the size instead.
You need to use either Winrar or 7zip to uncompress it. Then you can play.

@LateTony Those dialogue options mean Jason's talking to her in the hallway, not the lockers. Go to the lockers and if she's there, then you can compliment her then ask her to show her moves.

@Destriss Jason can't sniff the panties when he's got less than 10 Energy. Download the walkthrough from the 1st post in this thread. FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS.

When you reach the point on Kira's quest that you need oil to fix the sqeeking hinches, just go to the car, click on it and u get the option to take the oil.
