You've probably solved the problem by now, this is just incase anyone else needs the answers.

Your system doesn't have directx9 installed on it. That file is the dynamic link library that the program should load in at runtime and is usually stored in your windows system files, if not provided by the program itself.

There is an installation file included in the Directx folder of the game called directx_Jun2010_redist.exe

Psychologically speaking, I think your own mother is the only woman who can truly for real love you unconditionally if you compare mother's love to a love of a wife for example - husband will always be 2nd place to the kids. Think the actual number of people who are sexually attracted to their own mother is very very very small. I for one couldn't fap to my own mom even at gunpoint.
