There is a translation for Slave's Sword made by norzZ but i've never played it tho, and i'm 100% sure they knew about this so, why?
There was a long ass discussion (and debate between NorzZ and chiakisan) on ulmf about that. So make your own conclusions from what happened there:

I'm very neutral about this whole thing, because it just seems like a misunderstanding between both parties. ::|:
KG also plans to translate Slave's Sword 2 from the looks of it.
but i wished that they picked something from Mijiishi or the newest game from Shinachiku-castella, i fucking love them.
The Mijiishi games artwork is a big miss for me, but seems like he improved a bit since the previous games, still not sure, though...
Now, the new Shinachiku Castella game is quite good and has solid sales on dlsite. I'd really like if they picked that up.
- President Yukino it's just another Acerola game and even though I didn't mind Treasure Hunter Claire, I don't think that I'll play this, but maybe I could because of the NTR.
Personally i'm a bit bored with the same high school setting Acerola use for their NTR games. Their upcoming game seems more interesting:

And it's another Acerola game (jesus).
Lol, i'm also not an Acerola fan, but seems like a good business decision from KG part, since Acerola games are popular and sell well. And Phantom Thief is a fairly new game with good sale numbers.
If i could choose whatever they translate next time, i'd pick the Kuro Densha Branded Azel games (the MTL doesn't exist :idontcare:).
Though I don't know how many for "Reign Of Succubus/Rule Of Succubus" since most of the user here already finished the game with all the possible endings.
There is a post regarding that on TechnoBrake patreon:

Personally I never got the point of having a female MC and saying "NTR", I mean, I relate NTR with the partner being stolen, not with my character fucking around. I kind of think that rather than NTR it's cheating.

And personally not a fan of Acerola, I always thought their games were boring.

Mhm, given the fact that for the first time I see some pregnancy within an "Acerola" game, I might take a look when it will be released. And yeah, though honestly I'm bored about every devs who uses school settings nowadays without making it interesting, but how can you make interesting a game that have "school settings" as main focus? Eh.

You mean the prequel of what I've shared here, right? That will be a good decision honestly, because the art is so overwhelming. And it's a shame that most of the previous works of Black Train are mostly doujin (if not all of them, and these two about Azel are the only two games - unless DLSite english it's not updated. Maybe the japanese counterpart have something else, who knows).
Honesly I don't see how their games can sell well: I mean again, aside Claire and maybe Kanade, most of them are just.. plain boring and probably even repetitive to the point of being exhausting. People sure have low standars when it comes to hentai.

But still, I don't see why selling a game that Technobrake already sell itself on DLSite. Already in English on top of all. Leviathan I can see why, since it's only japanese and I can agree with that decision, but Rule Of Succubus not at all. Other than the fact that I said above, about people alredy finishing the game hundreds of time, I don't see it sell it well because:
- Grind. Unless you use cheats
- And the price. On DLSite it's 14.58$/12.47€ and I bet that Kagura Games will sell it to the same price if not a little bit higher than that because of the uncensored CG's, but again if someone already bought the game on DLSite from the devs itself, what's the point other than support Kagura Games? I don't see any of it. Personally speaking, If I have to support something, the game that they sell needs to be an exclusive in a certain sense, not one that I've already played and played all over again and finished so many times because in the end I'll not buy the same that I've bought from another site, before was released via "official ways".

I agree with you about the exclusivity thing. And i don't really care much about uncensoring.
But i dunno, i always got the impression that western costumers are obssessed with uncensored cgs. So that alone could prompt people to buy it anyway, even if they already played the game. Not to mention the Steam costumers aren't necessarily the same as Dlsite ones.
Also, i didn't play Rule of Succubus, but from what i see on dlsite, it seems like a typical femdom monster girl game, am i right? Add that, and i think the game still could have some decent sales, since the genre is fairly popular. It will depend mostly on how KG does the marketing, though.

Hah, i don't like their games, but i can see why they sell well. Have the "moe" artwork, the things pervs like (different clothes, jobs, slut stats and bars), add to that vanilla and light hearted story and sexual content (the rape is not extreme, and might as well be confused with consenxual sex when compared to other h-rps). Then you have a perfect formula to appeal the masses.
About Kanade, i think it has some chance, but will probably depend on how well Yukino sells, since it is another game from their NTR team.

Fair enough, but remember that on Steam there are all sorts of people out there and not just the one who likes hentai stuff. What I mean is that while on DLSite there's the +18 section dedicated just for that and there are lots and lots of games with customers, on Steam it's still.. a "niche" genre nonetheless (partly because like I said, most of the user there play shitty games like Fortnite and such, partly because people are too ashamed to buy and own a games like this in their account, for others to see) and that's why it will always be 1/100 of the one's who will buy the game.
And the same applies even for the game, yeah it's mostly femdom being a Monster Girl game in the end but... oh well, let's just see what will happen! I guess I can just wish them good luck.

That's why I say that people are happy with these kind of low-standard-shit. I mean, changing clothes? Yeah, good for two scenes at the most, three, given the game nowadays; jobs? Ah, other than probably max two CG's, if you want to make money just go and drop the save on a save editor and voilà; slut stats? Pure grinding, for the most part. But again, the "moe" factor it's the only thing needed like you said and this is truly the saddest thing of all.
Well, I guess that for now I hope that it will sell well given the fact that NTR it's the only interesting thing along all the Acerola games.

To be fair I found Rule of succubus lacking in sex scenes and with a very bad relationship system, even more I didn't like that I didn't even know where to go. Tried it and kicked it away and it wasn't because of the monster girls.

@VermillioN @mesoru @Urusaisenpai Well... seems that Taimanin Asagi Zero has been released, since I see already torrents here and there on Anime-Sharing XD
Hey, thx for the thumbs up. I had put it in my list, but completely forgot about it, since Lilith has been delaying it for quite some time. Time to test it out. ;)
Btw, there are quite a few interesting announcements incoming. Personally, i'm eagerly awaiting for the , and . :extremelyhappy:

The second one I'm not interested in it, but the first. So Nekonyan in the end took the license for Aokana? That's great news indeed! Though it'll be probably, again, a long ass time. If only that fan translation didn't screwed up near the end one or two years ago..

Speaking of Nekonyan, supposedly they were the one who should have translated and published Fortissimo on Steam, but in the end SakuraGame took the license from their hands

According to the FAQ:

Hello Lady!: Q2 2019

There was some speculation about it based on the leak of a Fortissimo CG, can't remember how it all started, though.
But yeah, such a shame it was SakuraGamer after all. :FeelsBadMan:
