I was wondering if the Monman Hot Springs Event has been implemented in the 2.3.5 version of the game and if yes then how can one trigger it?

I have no idea. It's been a long time since I've touched the game so I'm not sure anymore.
I think it is but you have to unlock the hot springs first by killing the plant monsters above the temple. If you kill enough plant monsters (I think it was 40) then the hot spring will be unlocked.

At the start of the game, the hot springs were closed due to the monsters going more and more south (from the Aphrodite temple towards the village). You have to kill them in the fields first at the start of the game. Basically, the flower monsters have tainted the underground water supply with their fluids that have aphrodisiac effects so both the outdoor hot spring and the one inside the temple were closed. I made it so that if you kill the flower monsters, their fluids won't contaminate the water so the hot springs will be reopened. The path leading to the hot springs is just south of Farmer Mon's farm.
The events there aren't finished yet. There are only a couple of scenes.

This is the first time I've been to the outdoor hot spring area. I always tried going through the path that was below Farmer Mon's ranch and every time Sarah would say "I should not go that deep into the forest" I had no idea that eradicating the flower mosters beyond the temple would actually solve this.
I've met the old man and Shamin, his grand daughter and saw their H scene in the Hot Spring Brothel/Inn. The receptionist there also acts as a pimp for prostitutes. I imagine you have planned some scenes with Sarah in inn. But it seems that farmer Mon's interactive scenes are not present in this version.
There are a few other things I wanted to get your opinion on:
1. You'd mentioned earlier to have been working on Sarah's naked run through the village as a deal with the peddler that sells her the potion for interspecies pregnancy. Here the villagers get excited and try to catch her. Is that there in the current version?
2. After you defeat all the flower monsters in the forest mountain you can make it all the way to goddess' shrine and fight with the soldiers there. This triggers the ending for the game without Sarah ever visiting the Maronite village or ever going towards the east of the Aphrodite village. Should this be possible?
3. There's a main castle in the goddess shrine from where Otias and others have already moved the crystal. There are a few empire soldiers inside the building who are having their way with 2 women. If you talk to very first soldiers he ultimately asks Sarah to go clean herself and he'll come find her. But Sarah gets angry breaking the 4th wall when you try to undress her near the pool saying "I don't have time for this". This is the same thing that happens in her dream with the goddess. I hope this is something that is a work in progress.
4. Also I'd love to know if you are planning anything new for the an upcoming update.

They should be. To trigger his scene, you have to visit him at the farm, and then after his standard scene is over, talk with him again. He should tell Sarah that the outdoor hot springs are reopened and that they should go there together. At least that's how it's supposed to work as far as I remember it. You have to have seen the wounded farmer event and temple events with him. Only after he's back from the temple and recovered should you be able to trigger his outdoor bath scene.

2. Yes. That ending was made by the original author. You can trigger that ending before even going east of the village through the empire camp. or going to a brothel and Maronite village. Though if you don't go east side, you will probably never be able to defeat general Otias thus getting the intended ending always. If you advanced the story with the vampire and Sarah got impregnated by him, losing to general Otias will summon the vampire who will eradicate everyone there for hurting Sarah.

Oh. I had been trying to get the Farmer Mon scene even before he was ever injured. Is there any particular event to trigger Mon's discharge from the hospital?

The short answer is you have to progress the main story and then at some point, Mon won't be inside the hospital anymore.

Is there a way to control the text speed in this game? Cause one time when playing the text just pops in as one sentence rather than typing it. Would appreciate the help.

It can be implemented, but as it is right now, the text is instantly displayed unless it was intentionally slowed down with text escape codes.
how did you do this? i've killed the plants north the temple (past the bridge right?) and got the events where the farmer got back from the temple after he got injured. But when i try to go there i receive the "I should not go that deep into the forest" message. Any ideas?

remember the place you get stone for upgrade Sarah rapier? go back there then kill flower monsters next try check the bridge again kill those flowers if they exist in on those two on places I mentioned until they not pop up again. I unlocked hot spring accidentally before farmer got injury.
how you get that? yes I play on joiplay so far not encounter that problem

You can't "accidentally" unlock the hot springs. It's coded to unlock under the following conditions.
The flower monster kill count has to be => 30
Only flower monsters inside the cave above the temple count and maps after that cave. (Flower monsters on the village fields do not count)
After the flower monster count is 30 or more, when you go to sleep, the switch for triggering hot springs will switch to ON.
Only after the switch has been triggered can you see the farmer's hot spring scene.
The only thing that comes to my mind is that maybe the version that is posted online doesn't have all these things implemented yet. I'm too lazy to download it again.
The switch in question is 1077. You can cheat and switch it on to gain access to it.

the accident I mentioned how unlocked the hot spring because never go there on various previous ver. This game tedious enough for me to bother with that area without in-game cheat option gear.

I've possibly encountered a bug or maybe it's because of some switch that I turned on.
After I go through the Sartre's 1st scene that ends at the continental hotel and if Sarah becomes pregnant with anyone's child after the event then she disagrees to removing seed at the goddess' temple and says that she wants to marry Sartre and save the village. I believe this is because I made Sarah agree to marry him when he asks her at the continental hotel.
But the thing is Sarah also disagrees to continue pregnancy saying that she's not ready to have a child yet. Initially I thought that this would happen only if she gets pregnant with Sartre's child but this effect is bleeding over to other sexual partners that Sarah encounters. This makes the game stuck in Sarah's dream because neither of the two options are now available to choose.
So I believe that if Sarah made the choice of not marrying Sartre then this problem will be solved. But will the disagreement trigger the empire soldiers ending? I wanted to know if this is a bug or an intended switch to keep players from agreeing to marry Sartre?

I'll have to look into that.
If you did indeed switch something on using a cheat engine then that might have bugged something. It's hard to know. The game is huge and a lot of stuff is intertwined so switching something on out of blue might have consequences down the road.
When you agreed to marry Sartre, did you see the interactive scene in the hotel room?
