Be warned, this guide is made to follow the safest path. if you're willing to take some risks, around lvl 4 stock on bandages and do the tower of dread part

early quests haven't been implmented in the questlog yet

zippyshare is an approved hoster
if you have problems with pop-ups, try using a pop-up blocker like eg uBlock Origin
