How 'bout three?
1. NPC simulator, which goes like:
You stand outside for 12 hrs
You go inside for 12 hrs
[repeat 2 or 3 times]
Some weirdo stops by claiming to be on a quest. You offer 20 bread in exchange for 10 gold coins.
[back to the go inside, stand outside loop]
That weirdo stops by again, wanting to do lewds. You offer 20 bread in exchange for 10 gold coins.
[back to the go inside, stand outside loop]
That weirdo stops by again, wanting to do lewds. You think the person's an idiot, but there's nothing better to do...
2. Monster girl game game, whereby:
Needing work, you help out a witch.
She needs X ingredient from where elves live, so you go there to get it.
Elves give the ingredient without problem, but won't lewd human because hearing isn't good enough (or other dumb reason).
You go back to witch, give X ingredient, then ask for a Hearing+ potion.
She says she needs Y ingredient from where goblins live, so you go there to get it.
And so on...
3. Breeding game, whereby:
You have to change character. Only get to live to adult + 12 months. Time passes 1 week per turn.
You get busy, have offspring, and if you have a couple months after birth, can provide support for stat bonuses
Then generation ends, you pick one offspring to play as, time skip to adulthood.
There would be an optional potion that carries over most of your traits, so you can play next gen as a similar character.
Maybe mix in a job system, so that higher job levels are unlocked with each generation. Breeding certain traits can slightly speed up a relevant job progression.
