You've joined a Big Brother-esque reality TV show. The teams are girls against guys but the two sides share a common area where romance is encouraged by the producers. A twist throws the guy's team out of whack when it turns out the hottest and most popular girl is actually trans. Not having a problem with this, you start dating her. Soon she starts using her popularity to encourage the rest of the girls to share you. No matter who walks away with the money it's easy for everyone to see that the real winner is the guy leaving with a harem.

I think it's a fun (or at least, funny) idea, as long as it's marketed right. Less "oh, so sexy" and more "haha, look what we did." Major porn studios have the cash to spare and I imagine a lot of people would be into it for the novelty factor alone. The company could lean into it and make a whole series: one in space, one where a plumber is just trying to do his job, one that's horror themed.

Alternatively, something similar could be done with amateurs whose style may more closely match the indie-nature of many porn-game developers. You could even make the clips for the game but still sell them separately.
