I see that in any case some games are italian translated (google translator but is better than nothing).
i would ask if is possible to apply the google translator translation to all the games, maybe with some general patch, or is a work that work only with a single game.

Translations have to be done specifically for each game. For Ren'Py and RPGM games there are a couple of programs that helps you to create the translated files but then you have to integrate them again in the game folder. And for Unity games there's a software that enables a "live online translation" but it's not easy to use
