1)in the forest
2) hospital
3) hospital 2
4) hospital 3
5) courtyard
6) cave
7) cave's deepest part

I believe thats the last one.

If you get in the building, that is a checkpoint. At some point you also leave the building and enter a courtyard. it just auto saves your progress you don't have to do anything on your end.
