Isnt the Hotwife life explicitly NOT ntr? There was a mod in another game adamant that just because you watched your GF making out with someone else because thats where the episode ended and we didnt know how the MC reacted it wasnt NTR yet... well Hotwife is all about the guy getting off on his girl sleeping with others...not NTR.

it is netorase (NTR has a lot of different definitions) in any case and in F95 the only tag available is netorare

For what we have seen in the game so far (there isnt a ton there yet) this is absolutely a sharing game and not an NTR game. That might change in the future, but every scene so far has the 3 of them (wife,mc, friend) together, and before every act she either asks if its ok or you tell her to do something.
We cant go by future tags yet, as they are not implemented and Ive been told repeatedly by mods this. Currently the NTR tag is

Fuck man... I was curious when I saw this was posted but, 90% of games with "hotwife" in the title, end up being a submissive or at least super passive MC, and I get that vibe from this without even playing it. The biggest indicator being a guy with giant BBC and a MC with a much smaller dick.
Also the wife... yeesh. Her body is fine, albeit pretty skinny, but that facial structure in the first picture... she's looking like a long time meth/crack head going through recovery. Maybe it's just that one render, cause she looks okay in the other one.
So yeah, small/barely average dick passive MC with the typical cliché gigantic BBC bull game, and on top of that the Wife isn't even that good looking. With that in mind I'll have to sadly pass, I much prefer stag(dominant MC)/swinging games.
Still though, wishing you luck dev, I know there are people who enjoy this type of game.

I give the wife character here a little more latitude in terms of looks, since at least the dev was willing to step out of the (every model looks like a variation on 20 base models) zone - and I'd bet if we were given more time for the an actual story to develop with her, her strange appearance could grow on people.
It's definitely not love at first sight though. And that aforementioned story/romance probably won't be happening in this game.
