never bothered to look at the rules around the tag so ill take your word for it
what i do know is that the is dev posted in december and hes still working on it ,as far as i know

The Author's last post on Patreon was on December 21. The Abandoned tag makes sense in this case.

maybe, maybe not, iirc the dev is still active on discord, but I wouldn't bet money on it. It's a shame though.
