You have to sign up for free, but that's it.
There are some patreon perks but you can ignore them.
Every generator is kinda fast, you get 2 pics at the same time, and I use this site for months and am happy with the results.
Use the "Yiffy Mix v34" ai.
On the left site, type something like:
(high quality 4k cartoon), ((drawn by tsunako)), (georgeous aroused petite catgirl), light skin, (wearing nothing), sweaty steamy shiny body, from behind, visible stinking anus, (excessive anal juice),
And on the right site (things you don't want):

() is for high priority
[] is for lower priority
Basically, when I wanna have freckles, using [freckles] helps in case the ai puts just dots all over the face, and with [], it's a bit more subtle.
The more you use, the stronger the effect.
For example, for a sweat fetish, if you type (((((((excessive sweating))))))), the girl in the picture might just be one big sweat blob.

Well i pasted in the example you gave just to see what results i would get, and the que load time is very slow.
Matter of fact, the images don't seem to load when the count down hits zero and have been trying for at least an hour.
I've been using the generator you said to use for over a month now and haven't had this problem.
Course i hadn't used () or [] before as i am still new to using this.
Edit: It looks like the results only work when Hentai / Anime [POM] is selected.

As far as I know, the load times depend on how many people are using this site... I quess.
Most of the time, I'm like 5-25 in line while it speeds throughthese numbers... sometimes, it takes longer, and very rarely (a month ago or so), it went as high as 200.
But again, this isn't normally the case.
And adding [] and () to commandsdon't really have anything to do with it.
Might be that it takes a second longer to process, I'm also not an expert when it comes to this.
For example, right now, I did:
AI: "Reliberate"
Left site:
(hyper realistic 4k cartoon), (georgeous annoyed petite 18 years old lucina), platin blonde hair, (wearing sleeveless armor), raising arms, smooth sweaty armpits, sharp focus, [shiny damp wet skin], colorless sweat, closeup, decent freckles,
Right site:
3d, ((disfigured)), ((bad art)), ((deformed)), ((poorly drawn)), ((extra limbs)), ((b&w)), weird colors, blurry, moles, sticky, milky, naked, nude,
The generation didn't even take 5 seconds to give me this:
Different ai gives different results.
Some of them are more focused on anime, some on more realistic pics and some on furry stuff.
With some, you can get porn, with others not.
Again, the sweat card... when I type some (slightly excessive) stuff, it looks amazing with some of these generators.
When I use another generator, it couldn't look more terrible and messed up.

Yeah, i am still playing around with it and seeing what works and i have gotten more terrible and messed up in the past then what it's generating at the moment.
Would like to tinker around more now that my knowledge of prompts went from commas to () and [] "Forget what they're called" so it gives me more to work with.
Having a list of prompts and what they do kinda helps when you're using something for the first time with no experience.
