For Serene good ending, choose her on the boat from the sand city by she having more affection and do not whore her out in the brothel in last city.
For her NTR ending just visit with her the brothel in the last city until you have all scenes there through.
For Lisa it is the same but with Lisa.
For Harem End, play the game through once with any ending, go to NG+, play the game again until boat. On the boat both need to have the same affection. Just then continue without whoring them out.

So I've done the ntr ending (bruh) and the good ending, I'm guessing there isn't anything else to unlock? I have somehow all the sex scenes unlocked so I was wondering. Maybe one day I'll understand why do people like ntr so much when the mc is not even the one fucking the girls.
