Mhm, the pathing in this update could use some work: if you have relationship with Mia then it cuts off to the end as soon as she shows up, and you miss out on the entire evening sequence at home. smh.

That's my guess too, that there's a sequence with Mia planned there after which the game proceeds to the evening at home. It's just unfortunate decision imo to push it out in such state because it can easily make the already pretty short update appear even shorter to the player.
